The process outlined below is designed to help you better understand the many steps involved in selling your home and how we work to tie them all together.
Step 1: Contact Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates to schedule an appointment to discuss your needs and priorities.
Step 2: Meet with your Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates sales professional to discuss your needs, marketing plan, selling price, terms and conditions. We will introduce you to PFR Home Services and explain how it can help you throughout the home selling process and beyond.
Step 3: Execute a listing agreement and ask your agent how a PFR Warranty Services Plan can protect you during the listing period and enhance the appeal of your home to potential buyers.
Step 4: Implement a marketing program and prepare your home for showings under the experience and direction of your agent and Brieann Du Val, the Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates Listing and Marketing Manager.
Step 5: Receive an offer and review the advantages and disadvantages with your agent. Together we will discuss and clarify the proposed terms and conditions, negotiate possible counter offers and reach a final agreement with the best possible outcome for you.
Step 6: All documents are signed. Congratulations, you have a ratified contract of sale for your home. From this point on, Leslie Gibbons, the Closing Department Manger for Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates will stay on top of the details to ensure the timely completion of any remaining contingencies and get you to settlement.
Step 7: Settlement day arrives. Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates is by your side while closing documents are signed. The transaction is finalized and proceeds are distributed.
