Timothy Klempa

Timothy has been a resident of Federal Hill since 2009 after relocating from Boston, Massachusetts.  He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Advertising and Entrepreneurship.  He has been in the Real Estate Industry since moving to Baltimore as the Property Manager of a waterfront community in Historic Fells Point. He recently made the transition full time to our office as our regional property manager. Tim is an avid participant in the Federal Hill Kickball, Softball, and Soccer leagues and enjoys helping the community with Habitat for Humanity.  His customer service background as a residential property manager will translate well to the needs of consumers making one of the largest decisions of their lifetime, buying or selling a home.
