Jim has been a high producing agent with Murphy Washo Gunsiorowski & Associates for over six years, where he has helped over 125+ clients buy, sell or rent homes in the Baltimore Metro area. Jim and his wife, Sara, have been residents in South Baltimore (previously Federal Hill and now Locust Point) since 2002, where they now raise their daughter, Sheila, and son, Walter. Jim and his family are members of the Downtown Baltimore Family Alliance, an organization that fosters and promotes family life in Baltimore’s city center.
